The project will be presented to the Ohio City Historic Design Review Committee for conceptual review. No votes will be taken.
March 29th, 2023
Per the City of Cleveland Landmarks ordinance, a site visit is needed for any demolitions in the historic district. This is in order to determine if the building demolition is appropriate for the district.
Spring 2023
PetBOT (Planning, Engineering, Traffic Engineering, and Bureau of Traffic) is a reviewing body integrated into City Planning’s Conceptual / Schematic Design Review Process focused on the public right of way. At times, other departments are needed or requested to join a meeting depending on the scope of the development project. No formal votes are taken on cases, it is simply for informational purposes.

The project will be presented to the Landmarks Commission for conceptual review. No votes will be taken.
June 1st 2023
The project returned to the Ohio City Historic Design Review meeting, and was granted final approval. The review board is advisory to the Landmarks Commission.

The project was presented to the Landmarks Commission for final approval, which it was granted.
